No retina MacBook Pro has replaceable RAM. Last MacBooks with replaceable ram were the Pre retina unibody ones. Which isn't that bad considering how long RAM modules last this day. I would much rather prefer cheaper RAM prices so that you don't need to upgrade later on, over replaceable ram at the cost of a thicker design and less battery life.
