1 Loose terminal slightest play can cause issues. 2. Aftermarket battery terminals not crimped on tight enough. 3. Shorted out ignition connector.parts that control the starter button and main power, but you say your relay appears to be working, probably not that.

Triumphare ignoring my request for a replacement (despite having had an opportunity to resolve the issue) and instructed the dealer to replace the following: Mid-section of the exhaust which is essentially the silencer box that sits on the underside of the bike. This is the part that the exhaust valve is actually attached to.
Maybe beating a dead horse, so I'll try to keep it brief. Have had recently what I thought were charging issues. Replaced battery and R/R. Putting out 13v when revving. Rode 5
300 Swadlincote Derbyshire England. #5 Mar 12, 2014. Probably best to use the Triumph recommended product whilst still under warranty. My old Ducati Multistrada was recalled because the 'blue' coolant needed to be replaced by the new 'pink' coolant as the blue could cause corrosion within the cylinder head and ultimately failure.
